Handmade Custom Art
I make each modern art mobile by hand when you order it - my hanging mobiles are NEVER mass produced. Because they are carefully handmade one at a time by me, each mobile has very slight variations, making your Atomic Mobile a unique piece of art! Made from matte finish polymer plastic shapes and stainless steel wire (except for some of the baby mobiles that are made from fuzzy soft acrylic fiber and stainless steel). My goal is to create beautiful modern mobiles that are relaxing and give you pause to think, a relaxing way to stop the world and reflect. A different piece of art for your unique modern home.

The wire is the highest quality stainless steel and the shapes are matte finish polymer or nylon fiber. You will enjoy your mobile art for years to come, and it will always have provenance.

What are "mobiles"?
Alexander Calder invented the modern art mobile in the mid 1930s and artist Marcel Duchamp called them "mobiles" because of their mobile - or moving - nature. They fascinate the viewer with their gently moving form. No modern home is complete without a hanging mobile, or two (or three!).

My mobiles are designed for indoor use only. Not toys, always keep out of reach of babies and children.
